About Kathleen and her work.
"I have always been arty and was brought up to be creative; I have been influenced by a childhood spent in imaginative play, watching a favourite film with my big sister, and collecting things that I considered beautiful (even if that did include snails and rusty keys).
I wasn't to know that my collection of 'treasure' would lead on to jewellery, but it all fell into place during my Art Foundation Course when I realised that jewellery was all I wanted to do"

Kathleen is a jewellery designer-maker based in Hertfordshire; her work revolves around four categories: 'Bridal', 'Body Adornment', 'Ring Collections', and 'Wedding Rings', although Kathleen loves to create all types of jewellery and is always happy to discuss a possible project and/or commission. All of Kathleen's jewellery designs are bespoke / one-off pieces, except for a few items which are part of a limited edition series (although the enamelling techniques mean that even with the limited edition pieces of the same design, they will each have their own character and detail). The idea of being unique is extremely important in both commissions and collections!
